Lil Wayne has revealed the lineup for his second festival, Lil Weezyana Fest 2, with a little under two weeks until the concert. On August 27th, Lil Wayne and his headlining partner 2 Chainz will be joined by Yo Gotti, Migos, Mystikal, and hometown heroes Partners-N-Crime. Get a look at the new finished flyer after the jump.
For the second year in a row Lil Wayne will be throwing Lil Weezyana Fest alongside 2 Chainz. The second edition will be held at New Orleans’ Bold Sphere Music at Champions Square. The event is scheduled for August 27th and will not only feature his ColleGrove partner but also a few other special guests yet to be named. Tickes for the event, go on sale to the general public this Friday, July 15 at 10am via Ticketmaster.
Gucci Mane is now ready and cleared to start doing shows and traveling on tours. Guwop will make his highly-anticipated return to the stage July 22nd with his first post-prison concert, Gucci Mane & Friends. He hasn’t announced who the “friends” are exactly but we can certainly expect plenty of big names joining him on that stage. Tickets for the concert will go on sale June 24th.
Now that Wayne’s Free Weezy Album is out now he decides it is perfect time to let go of news of his next move. Tunechi will be throwing his own festival in his home state of Louisiana on August 28th called Lil Weezyana Fest. We are sure Lil Wayne will have plenty of his friends joining him on stage so this may no be one you want to miss. Purchase tickets here.

If you happened to be in Austin for the SXSW festivities this past week and you weren’t able to catch the LiveMixtapes and DGB event #BoutDatLife3 then you missed a crazy show. With performances from up and coming artists such as Zach Farlow, Kap G, Icewear Vezzo and plenty more, it definitely gave you an idea of who is next in the game and the ones to keep an eye out for. While there were also a few surprises in-store as well with 2 Chainz making an appearance along with Trae Tha Truth and the highlight could have possibly been when Future showed up and shut the stage down performing eight songs for the crowd.

The BET Hip Hop Awards aired last night and there were some great performers that graced the stage. From the likes of the hottest team out right now TDE to Meek Mill, French Montana, Future, 2 Chainz and more. To close out the show the legends hailing from Cleveland, Ohio Bone Thugs-N-Harmony performed a few of their classics such as “Thuggish Ruggish Bone”, “1st Of The Month” and “Crossroads”.
