In case you haven’t heard there is an Iggy Azalea sex tape floating around and while many wait for it to release to the public her former boyfriend/manager, Hefe Wine, now claims Iggy signed her rights away to him which gives him legal authority to market their sex tape. The agreement, which was signed in 2009, gives Wine exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.” Iggy clearly signed the contract for records and music videos but Hefe Wine thinks all he has to do is put music in the background of the video and it would give him exclusive rights to sell it. Check out the signed agreement below:

After being sentenced in August to 39 months in federal prison for illegal possession of a firearm, it looks like Gucci is getting into some more trouble while already locked up. On Monday, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Tom Campbell sentenced Guwop to three years in prison for hitting an Army staff sergeant with a bottle at the Harlem Nights club in Atlanta on March 16, 2013. This newest aggravated assault sentence in Fulton County will run concurrently with the sentence he is already serving. Let’s just hope nothing else happens to Gucci while locked up and let’s also hope his catalog of tracks doesn’t dwindle anytime soon and we still get some new music.
