DJ Khaled has had a pretty major week. Not only did he announce his next album, Major Key, but he also inked a new record deal with Epic Records. To let it all be known, the Snapchat superstar stopped by Hot 97 to talk all the news, having Jay Z as a manager, how his life has changed and plenty more. We know these are always entertaining and the last interview practically kicked off his recent stardom.
While in Austin for SXSW last week Nardwuar was in full effect meeting up with artists. Today we get to see him link up with DJ Khaled, one of the most talked about people in the music business right now. Of course this is very entertaining so make sure to watch down below.
Earlier today DJ Khaled announced that he signed a deal with Apple Music to have his own radio show on Beats 1 Radio and it will air Fridays at 8 p.m. EST. That wasn’t the only news that Khaled shared as he revealed that his first order of business on his show will be to premiere a brand new album from Future Hendrix on the first episode. Only a few weeks removed from Purple Reign, Future is looking to keep the crown and throne for 2016. Let the excitement and anticipation begin as we now have to patiently get through the week knowing that in just a few days another set of jams will be arriving for us to add to our Future playlist.
