The incarcerated Philly & MMG representative, Meek Mill, had a pack of four tracks drop last night. We doubt these cuts will make the most likely delayed album Dreams Worth More Than Money (which was supposed to drop September 9th) but no word on that yet. Take a listen to “Stuntin’”, “Get Clapped”, “Gettin’ Money” and “Am I Wrong” after the jump. #FreeMeekMill
Earlier today, Meek Mill’s request for early parole was denied at his hearing. The judge who jailed him recently for parole violation, ordered the MMG rapper to take anger management and parenting classes. Meek was originally sentenced to serve three to six months for a parole violation back in early July. Meek’s sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, was originally scheduled to be released in September, but with all the current legal issues that most likely will not happen.
According to multiple reports including Philly’s Fox 29, Meek Mill has been taken into custody for a probation violation and will have to spend the next 3-6 months behind the bars. Apparently one of the violations was due to him posting a picture of a gun to one of his social media accounts. This leaves us wondering if Meek’s sophomore album Dreams Worth Than Money will still release on September 9th as planned. #FreeMeekMill
Meek Mill has had fans patiently waiting for his sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, to finally drop and the wait is almost over as Meek finally gives the project a release date of September 9th. With about a month until it drops we can assume we will be hearing at least one more track leading up to release day. Peep the artwork above and a video trailer down below.
