Drake – Bollywood Flow (Prod. by Statik Selektah)

This is pretty dope. Statik Selektah took Drake’s freestyle from Tim Westwood’s show and put it over one of his own beats.

Last night Guru played a 2 hour set in tribute of Guru on his Show OFF radio show on Sirius Shade 45 channel. Make sure even though stat put together an awesome tribute here and it includes alot of the hits, that you should still support guru by buying his music. Remember that everything is available on itunes so not being able to cop the hard copy still supports those that guru left behind.
i know alot of DJs have been doing Guru tributes… which is dope, but this is 2 hours of music… from 1988, thru his history including Jazzmattazz Vol 1-3, to the end of the Gangstarr days. I covered what i feel was truly Gurus greatest work. this includes unreleased music, the b-sides, remixes, etc.
i also had Big Shug, Doo-Wop, Freddie Foxx, Consequence, and Chubby Chub call in and leave some Guru Memories….
he was an icon to me, as well as a friend, and i definitely wouldn’t be who i am without the presence of Gangstarr’s music in my life growing up. Shout out to the Gangstarr/Year Round crew for always being real people as well…. through the trials and tribulations. Rest In Peace G….

Sai and Stat are gettin it in on tour in Europe from Brochum, Germany to Oslo, Norway then London, UK to Copenhagen, Denmark, and Next up: Beirut, Lebanon.
Statik leaked this instrumental, and from what I hear so far, I am glad he did.
this is the first joint ive ever put out without an MC on it. i made this on a flight between denmark and beirut about an hour ago. very Donuts Era Dilla-inspired. i love how in his later days he made the sample talk to the listener. the beat doesnt stay the same for more than 2 bars. this particular joint u can relate to a hiphop, a friend or a relationship. i might even do an instrumental album. enjoy.
heres the rest of my overseas tour dates.
