Rapper Waka Flocka Flame, born Juaqin James Malphurs was taken into custody by Houston County Sherrifs for violating his probation. If you remember, he has been in a string of incidents as of late and has been spiraling out of control. He is being held in the Houston County jail South of Macon. Why was he on probation? The probation he violated was for possession of a weapon, in this case a sawed off shotgun.

Ironically Waka’s latest mixtape was titled, “Salute Me or Shoot Me, Vol. 2” and as you surely recall, he was shot not long ago at a Car Wash off Old National Highway.

This is unfortunate, as Waka was near the end of his probation sentence, and details around if his probation will be extended for violation have not yet been confirmed. The original charge of possessing the sawed off shotty was back in November 2006 and he was ordered to serve four years probation for that charge.
