If you remember less than two weeks ago reports surfaced that YG was shot in the hip in Los Angeles and was taken to the hospital where he was treated and released. In his first interview since the incident YG sat down with Billboard to talk about the shooting, his upcoming sophomore (which he reveals the title will be Still Krazy), getting back in the studio the next day after being shot and more.

YG has been rather quiet this year so far as he continues to work on his sophomore album and now he may have a bit of a set back as reports have broken that the rapper was shot last night. According to TMZ, YG was shot three times in the hip around 1:45am at his Los Angeles studio.
The police went to the hospital to get info from YG where they said he was “very uncooperative” so the shooter is still on the loose. YG’s injuries are not life threatening and he is currently recovering just fine in the hospital.
Gunplay heads out to the west coast to get Bompton’s own YG to join him on his latest single release, “WuzHaninDoe.” Gunplay’s long awaited debut album Living Legend is slated for release in July, let’s hope it stays that way.
Ty Dolla $ign keeps it within his crew for his next single, “Only Right”, with DJ Mustard handling the boardwork. Ty is joined by YG, Joe Moses and TeeCee 4800 for the track which will land on his upcoming full-length debut album, FreeTC.
