Young Dolph has the streets on lock right now and a little while back he traveled back home to Memphis to celebrate his birthday with a crazy performance and caught it all on camera for us. Follow Dolph around his hood for the day in the video below.
There is no doubt that Young Dolph is controlling the streets right now with his latest project High Class Street Music 4 (American Gangster) and today he gives us another look into his road travels. While in New York, Dolph does a few interviews, does some shopping and even hits the studio before heading to a crazy show out in Pensacola, Florida.

Memphis rapper, Young Dolph stopped by Sway in the Morning to discuss his new mixtape, High Class Street Music 4. Dolph first spoke about his love of Sway’s hometown of Oakland and the love he gets from Memphis. Additionally, he talked about why he didn’t want to be put on by fellow Memphis rapper, Yo Gotti. He also explained his relationship with 2 Chainz and shared stories of being on tour. Dolph continued to talk with Sway about his and his father’s love of the hood. He even explained why he thinks Atlanta rappers get more attention in the media. Look out for Dolph’s new album, The Weed Album due out September 2nd.

From the looks of it, Memphis rapper Young Dolph is aiming for first class rap star status with the fouth entry in his High Class Street Music series. He’s got production by known heat creators like Metro Boomin, C4, and Zaytoven. He uses his heavy southern drawl in a variety of ways, speeding up his flow and getting shouty as needed. Plus, Dolph has snagged verses from heavy hitters like 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, and Trae. He’s has been making the mixtape rounds for a looong time, he’s already at Volume 4 in a series, producing solid to real good outings. Could this be the one to shoot him past just being a DG Bastard news post?.
